March 1, 2025 - At Sea

Dear friends and family,

Another relaxing day at sea was the perfect opportunity to recharge. This morning, I did laundry again. Always good to get that done. I do miss my little laundry room, but glad that there is a good laundry room down the hall and across the ship.

Lunch was with Carla, Margie, and Sonja at Sabatini’s, for delicious salads and pizzas, using one of our specialty lunches before Carla leaves us in Cape Town.

Afterwards I luxuriated in a mani-pedi with Chrystal in the Lotus Spa. (This gel manicure is still going strong as of March 18!)

Later, Margie, Sonja, and I attended a Captain’s Circle Cocktail Party in the Explorer’s Lounge. Now that I have Platinum status with Princess I am invited to this soirée. I have an invitation to the next one stuck in the corner of my mirror.

March 18: That’s it for tonight. It’s almost midnight. I have been determined to catch up on a lot of this blog. Still haven’t figured out how to add the pictures. Somehow, not paying attention, I clicked on “Don’t ask me again,” for adding the blog posts to Facebook. Will have to find out how to change that.
