January 15, 2025 - At Sea

Dear friends and family,

Another peaceful sea day is just what I needed after the rich experiences in Guatemala.

We had a run through of tomorrow’s fashion show. The last time I was in a fashion show was Junior year of high school. We were supposed to make a blouse and a skirt. Being an overachiever in some areas, I made an A-line skirt, a ‘nothing’ blouse, plaid coat, dress to coordinate, red-checked blouse, denim wrap skirt, and a couple of outfits for my little sister. Found out a blouse with metal-shank buttons up the back is extremely uncomfortable in a church pew!

Today’s dinner will be a Chef’s special Indian meal ordered by my new friend Sonja.
